This Raven Necklace Pendant has a beautiful design. We ship it with a black cotton cord.
Inspired by Odin’s Ravens, Huginn (Thought) and Muninn (Memory). This pendant is a fine example of stainless steel workmanship.

Odin presides in Gladsheim and day by day he chooses slain men to join him. Every morning the Ravens, Huginn, and Muninn fly over Midgard; I always fear that Thought may fail to wing his way home. But my fear for Memory is greater. Huginn and Muninn would return every evening. They would tell Odin of all they had learned that day of the happenings in Midgard. They were an extension of Odin himself. He was always searching for knowledge and his Raven companions were his source.
May this Raven Necklace guide you to find what you seek.
The ravens are associated with the shamanic practice of astral travel and Odin’s fear that they will not return is actually his fear of returning safely from astral travel. Again they represent his Thought and Memory, mind searching Midgard. Another aspect of these ravens is relating to ravens on the field of battle and Odin is called the Raven God. Possibly because the ravens are telling Odin of the battles in Midgard so he knows which warriors died bravely.
